Fifteen years of one-on-one care
Performance Rehabilitation opened its doors on March 13, 2008, founded by Jason Osborne, MPT, who has led it ever since. It began with a clear vision: to set the benchmark for quality acute physical therapy and industrial rehabilitation in central North Carolina — real, hands-on orthopedic care where you see the same licensed therapist every visit, never passed off to an aide or left alone with a machine.
More than fifteen years later, that standard holds. Jason and his team care for patients across Sanford and Lee County — and for the local industry — with a strong background in outpatient orthopedics and a commitment to outstanding, compassionate care that's earned a loyal following and glowing reviews from our neighbors.

B.A. in Exercise Physiology from UNC-Chapel Hill (1998) and a Master of Physical Therapy from Elon University (2001). More than 20 years in outpatient orthopedics, with a specialty in occupational medicine.

B.S. in Biology from NC State University (2009) and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Elon University (2012).
